I am proud of all the recipes I share on my blog, but this one is on another level in comparison to my other smoothie recipes! I am completely in love with it and I think you will be too. It’s the perfect smoothie to have in the summer, and it will definitely be making an appearance at any BBQs I have. The fact it’s healthy makes it even better!

This is without doubt my new favourite smoothie. I love it so much that I kind of feel like I should apologise to my old favourite – the Banana Choco pb because the ‘Pina Colada’ has knocked it off the top spot. It’s perfectly delicious and refreshing!

‘Pina Colada’

Smoothie-Saturday-Pina-Colada

Ingredients:

170g frozen pineapple

1 medium banana

1 tsp vanilla extract

160ml coconut milk

 

Method:

Blitz all of the ingredients in a smoothie maker, then pour into a glass and enjoy the delicious taste while feeling like you’re relaxing on a tropical island!
