This may look like a ‘naughty’ treat, but the surprise is that it’s actually packed full of protein and good fats…and really easy to make.
50 grams fat free Greek yogurt
12 pecan nuts
Cut the strawberries and pecan nuts into quarters
Scoop a large spoonful of Greek yogurt into a glass followed by a few of the strawberries and pecan nuts
Continue this until the glass is full, or until you run out of ingredients
NB: You can add/swap berries, such as blueberries.
