I have also been having a hard time working out how to fit in my regular running sessions during all the recent bad weather so an indoor activity I can do as a back up has been ideal for me.

I initially planned to complete my workout in the morning before work, but this proved difficult when the alarm clock went off in the morning. I am not a morning person and this DVD hasn’t changed me!

Rather than count this as a failure, I decided to put it all ready and complete it when I got home. This turned out a lot better in the end, as the Yogalates exercises were very calming after a day at work.

It’s also time to try out the second flavor of the Bounce Energy Balls that I have been sent to try. This time a protein burst with a cacao orange flavor. Full of cacao nibs and seeds and a lovely orange zing, I have already made a further purchase to stock up on these!
